During my stay, I loved that Hot Springs Park was just a quick stroll away. There were several great restaurants like Kam Lun Chinese Restaurant within a few minutes walk to grab a bite afterward, making my days of exploration really easy and enjoyable. however, the hotel could improve its overall cleanliness, especially in the pool areas, which didn’t seem as well-maintained as I’d hoped.

We enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and loved the relaxing pools under the sun. The kids had an amazing time splashing around, while we appreciated the peaceful views of the mountains. The staff was accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable despite being a bit rustic.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. A deeper clean would make it a lot more inviting for families with small children.

The male staff member offered us early access to the pool, showcasing their helpfulness, while the room felt somewhat outdated but comfortable during our overnight stay.

Comfortable room, clean pool, friendly staff. the mineral pools were very enjoyable and the gated parking added a sense of security, making it a great choice for relaxing after a short drive from Palm Springs International Airport.

Loved the 24hr access to the hot tubs—it was awesome to chill out after a fun day! The staff were super cool, especially Nadine, who made checking in a breeze. The diner had some of the best fries ever. Just wish more than one pool was hot lately, kinda bummed about the cold ones.

The spa pools were nice, but the room felt outdated and neglected.

The room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. I liked the balcony view facing the pool too. But, it had an older smell and could definitely use some updates. The furniture felt outdated, but the fridge was a good plus. The bedding and air conditioning were decent, which made the stay okay overall.

Just a proper fit for a quick layover in Desert Hot Springs with good value for cost. The pools were nice and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Bring your own snacks, as dining options are pretty limited.
